From the moment you sign an employee leasing contract with our agency, you no longer have to worry about maintaining employee documentation. JOB ON TIME takes care of that for you.
3. We recruit employees
We recruit appropriate employees while taking into account the specificity of a given industry, the employer's organizational culture as well as the experience and qualifications of each employee.
4. We take care of all legal formalities
We fully organize the legalization of employment. We make sure that all matters related to permits and medical examinations are carried out to the last detail.
5. We employ the workers in our agency
We sign contracts with employees and delegate them to the client's company, while ensuring that they are familiar with the systematics of a given activity. We organize accommodation and transport for foreigners.
6. We deliver the employee to the employer
Our coordinator helps to conduct health and safety training and assists with deploying of the employee in the first days of work.
